Finding and achieving happiness is something many of us work on every day. Being part of a blended family can make you feel at times like happiness is impossible to find. In this episode I share my top ten happiness boosters. Be happy NOW, because now is all we have!

  1. Meditate
  2. Forgive others
  3. Stop complaining
  4. Have gratitude
  5. Smile and laugh more
  6. Practice self care
  7. Do something that fulfills you
  8. Do for others
  9. Cut out negativity
  10. Be kinder to yourself.

I’m also joined by one of our own listeners for a family interview with Sharon Kelly.
